I have more than 50 years of experience in real estate, finance, and business. I use my knowledge, skills and eexperience to help peoplesuccessfully, sell, lease, and buy real estate. I do my best to help people get the highest posssible price for their property, in the shortest possible time, with the fewest possible problems. My goal is to help people preserve the wealth they have and to maintiane the quality of life they enjoy.

MORTGAGE COMPANY
i owned and operated a mortgage company for 7 years.
BANK PLANNING
I was vice president of marketing for Bank Planning, a construction company which built and remodeled banks. Their annual sales were approximately 20 million dollars per year.
EDUCATION, TITLES, AND LICENSES
i have a B.A. degree in psycholgy, a secondary teaching crediential, a Jounior College credential to teach business and real estate classes, (both liffe cridentials). I have taught Planning and Financing a Small Busines, Personal Finance, and Real Estate Principals. I have been awarded a C.C.I.M. designation for commercial and investment property, I have earned a GRI designation in the area of residential property. I hold a real estate Brokers license, California Insurance License, a Series 7 Securities License, and a Series 24 Securities License.
COMMUNITY INTEREST
i have been a member of the Chico Noon Rotary Club for more than 30 years. I have been a member of the Chico Elks Club for more than 50 years. I have more 20 years of experience and volunteer work with Boy Scouts of America. I was a Butte County Honorary Deputy Sheriff . I was a S.C.O.R.E. counselor. I am a past president, and Vice-President of the local Toastmasters Internationl group. I was on the Board of Directors of Do-It Leisure Cooperative.
FAMILY
I am a very dedicated family man. My wife and I have been together 23 years. I am the proud father of 2 adult childern. My son graduated form University of CAlifornia Santa Cruz, earned a Masters degree from Harvard, earned a doctorate degree from Columbia University. My daughter graduated from University of California Santa Barbara, and earned a low degree from Santa Clara University

Selling a property, especially in California, is a process that is full of unknown, and unforeseen problems. There are significant liabilities on the part of the seller to disclose the condition of the property and to disclose to the potential buyer, anything and everything that the seller knows about the property that could affect the value and use of the property by the new buyer. Helping insulate the seller from liability is a significant part of my job as the sellers broker.
